Don't blindly brush the screen! Facebook this way to find accurate customers, orders come to you!

How to use facebook to accurately find our target audience, our target customers.

In the Facebook development of B2B foreign trade customers, accurate positioning is always more critical than blindly registering an account -- the first step is to clarify "who are the core customers you are looking for". It is recommended to sort out the 3 types of core information, in order to lay the foundation for subsequent accurate screening:
  1. Typical purchasing roles corresponding to the product: e.g. importers, wholesalers, distributors, terminal retailers, engineers, project buyers, agents;
  2. Core job titles of the target customer: e.g. purchasing manager, purchasing director, supply chain manager, company founder, owner, purchasing assistant, head of foreign trade operations;
  3. Target regions/markets where customers are concentrated: e.g. Southeast Asia (Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia), Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar), Africa (South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya), South America (Brazil, Mexico), etc.
After clarifying these three points, you can make precise efforts in Facebook's group search, homepage screening and keyword search, avoid invalid traffic, directly reach high-intention buyers, and double the efficiency of customer acquisition.

Typically searched with a combination of these keywords.

[industry word + buyers] Example."auto parts buyers"

[product word + importers] e.g. "strut mount importers"

[country name + wholesalers] e.g. "middle eastp wholesalers"

[Industry + distributors] e.g. "Mechanical distributors"

Then choose the kind of group that has more than 1,000 people and active members who have posted or commented in the past month and prioritize them to join. This method is not limited to Facebook, but can be replaced with social media such as Linkedin, Tiktok, Instagram, etc., and search in order of the product, country, and type of customer you need.

Decorate the personal home page: many foreign trade people come up with a company Logo avatar + hard company profile, the result is that no one cares about you.

My practice is to use a real person avatar (smile, natural light), our domestic avatar, we generally like to use flowers and plants, but foreign countries like real people appear. In addition to a brief introduction + city + industry background, so that people feel that you are "peers", not "salesman".

After we change our personal information, we start posting 2-3 threads which can be.

-Shooting a neutral office scene

-Share a small industry trend

-Post a picture of the product packaging, don't put a price tag on it, the goal is not to market, but to give customers a foundation of trust when they click through to your homepage.

After we join the group, do not come up with "I can provide XX products" "private message me for a quote" that 100% will be kicked.

For the first phase, I usually just do these things :.

Liking and commenting on other people's postings, especially if they have a tendency to make inquiries

If someone asks "can anyone do XX", I will leave a message "maybe l can help,mind to DM?

Publish value-based content, such as a selection of comparisons, a real delivery photos, but not branded, so that others feel: you are peers, people in the industry, not "sales robots.

As customers learn more about you through your homepage, the content on your homepage is critical.

I typically post these types of content:.

1. A photo of a simple supply chain flowchart drawn on an office whiteboard or with key industry terminology written on it, a photo of a simple supply chain flowchart drawn on an office whiteboard or with key industry terminology written on it, a photo of a simple supply chain flowchart drawn on an office whiteboard or with key industry terminology written on it.

2, show the final packaging of large quantities of products completed, ready to ship the scene photos (can be appropriate to defocus the background details).

3, shoot video factory floor production process, for example, is checking the product process or materials. This can be done without a real person showing their face, utilizing digital human AI.

4. Share a changing trend in your industry or an industry advisory

5, send a container shipment photos, some key information on the container remember to code.

The frequency of posting text, 3 to 4 times a week is enough, not too frequent, show your professionalism.
